ACTS Service Dogs
Assistance Canine Training Services

Service Dogs and Facility Dogs that change lives.

ACTS is a nonprofit organization providing highly trained service and facility dogs to individuals and communities across the Northeastern United States.

We believe the right dog can change everything. Through thoughtful training and meaningful partnerships, we place service and facility dogs with people, schools, and organizations who need them most. Each placement is built on connection, trust, and the goal of creating lasting impact.

Based in the Northeast and serving clients within 500 miles of our training center, ACTS works closely with individuals, families, and professionals to match each dog with the right environment. Our programs are designed to support independence, emotional well being, and everyday life in a practical, lasting way.

Our Commitment to the Highest Standards

Excellence You Can Trust

At ACTS, we set the bar for quality in service and facility dog training. Our programs are accredited by Assistance Dogs International (ADI) and we are proud members of Animal Assisted Services International (AASI), two organizations that define the highest standards in our field.

These affiliations reflect our commitment to professionalism, accountability, and best practices, ensuring that every dog we train and every person we serve experiences the very best. We are dedicated to using only positive, reward-based training and to placing our dogs where they can thrive and make the greatest impact, always respecting the worth and well-being of each animal.

With ACTS, you know you are working with a team that never compromises on quality, integrity, or the care of our dogs..
