                                              Breeder Caretakers

                                              What is a breeder caretaker?

Breeder Caretakers are the volunteers who agree to bring a dog into their home that will be used by A.C.T.S. as a breeding dog.  The dogs will be the property of A.C.T.S. but will remain with the breeder caretaker family except during breeding and whelping.  Once the dog has been removed from the breeding program, whatever the reason, the dog becomes the property of the breeder caretaker family.
